Growing up in a village in Greece, we were introduced from a young age to local farming and agricultural community values. Now based in Essex we are applying these same values to our own practice.

Cosmos for us means taking care of the beautiful universe and our fragile ecosystem by keeping sustainability at the heart of what we do. Cosmos also importantly translates as ‘the people’ in Greek. We aim to work with other growers together as a community to raise awareness of being greener and looking after the land.
